Getting Started
KoreaHaul is a Korean proxy shopping and package forwarding service. We help international customers purchase products from Korean online stores that don't ship overseas, and forward packages from Korea to destinations worldwide.
Order For Me (OFM): Send us the product link and we'll purchase it for you using our Korean payment methods. Perfect if you can't pay on Korean websites or want a hassle-free experience.
Order By Me (OBM): Shop yourself on Korean stores and ship to our warehouse address. You handle the purchase, we handle the international shipping.
Yes, you'll need to create a free account to use our services. Your account gives you access to your personal warehouse address, order tracking, and shipment history.
Shipping
Shipping times vary by carrier and destination:
- UPS: 2-5 business days
- KH Express: 3-5 business days
- FedEx/DHL: 3-5 business days
- EMS: 5-8 business days
- KH Standard: 5-15 business days
Actual delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and local postal services.
We ship to most countries worldwide including USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and throughout Europe, Asia, and South America. Check our Shipping Destinations page for the full list.
Yes. All shipments include tracking. Once your package is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package from your dashboard or directly on the courier's site.
You get 45 days of free storage from the date items arrive. After 45 days, storage fees of $1 per day per item apply. Items are held a maximum of 90 days.
Payments
We accept PayPal, Payletter, and Wise bank transfers.
All payments are processed securely over encrypted connections.
For Order For Me, you pay upfront before we purchase on your behalf.
For Order By Me, you pay Korean stores directly and only pay KoreaHaul when requesting international shipment.
All prices are displayed and charged in USD. Your bank handles any conversions.
Returns & Issues
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll work with the seller or shipper to resolve the issue quickly.
We photograph all items at our warehouse before shipping for verification.
Returns are possible within 5 days of warehouse check-in if the seller allows returns. A $5 processing fee applies for OFM returns. OBM returns need to be arranged directly with the seller.
OFM handling fees are non-refundable.

We operate Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM KST, and Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM KST. Sunday we're closed, but OFM orders are still processed.
