For items purchased through our Order For Me service, we manage the return process with the Korean store on your behalf.

• Return window: Within 5 days of warehouse check-in
• Eligibility: Only if the seller accepts returns
• Condition: Before packing for shipment only
• We contact the Korean store
• We handle all communication and coordination
• Refund issued minus return fee (if applicable)

OBM Repack Service (You Handle)

For items you purchased directly, you arrange the return with the store. We provide repacking service.

• You contact the store for return approval
• Provide a prepaid return shipping label
• We repack items in an appropriate box
• We apply your return label and ship
• You handle refunds with the store

Return Fee Structure

Return fees depend on the reason and circumstances.

• OFM Return Processing: $5 per return
• OBM Repack Service: $5 per return
• FREE if replacement available and accepted
• FREE if replacement unavailable (not your fault)
• $5 fee if replacement offered but you decline
• $5 fee for change-of-mind or sizing issues

Important Notes

• Returns only possible if the seller accepts them
• Must be requested before items are packed for shipping
• Items already shipped internationally cannot be returned via us
• OFM handling fee ($2) is non-refundable
• Return shipping costs to the Korean store are additional

Order For Me (OFM) Fees

Handling fees are non-refundable and cover admin time even if purchase fails.

• Standard OFM: $2 per item (covers up to 3 qty of same item)
• Premium OFM: $5 per item (includes price comparison & seller communication)

Inspection Services

Choose your preferred inspection level when items arrive at our warehouse.

• Photo Inspection: FREE – 2-3 basic photos
• Video Inspection: +$3 – 30-60 second unboxing video
• Full Inspection: +$5 – Detailed quality check with notes
• Don't Open: FREE – Package kept sealed

Packing Services

Standard packing is always free. Add extra protection as needed.

• Standard Packing: FREE
• Extra Bubble Wrap: +$1 × quantity
• Special Protection: +$3 × quantity
• Vacuum Packaging: +$5 × quantity
• Plastic Box Upgrade: +$12 per shipment
• Packing Video: +$3 per shipment

K-Pop Album Services

Reduce shipping weight by removing album inclusions.

• Basic Removal: +$1 per album – Remove photocards only
• Full Removal: +$2 per album – Remove photocards, posters & photobooks

Storage Fees

Free storage for 45 days from check-in date.

• First 45 days: FREE
• After 45 days: $1 per day × quantity
• Maximum storage: 90 days – Items disposed after 90 days

Shipping Fees

Shipping calculated by weight and destination. Dimensional weight rules apply.

• KH Express: 3-5 business days
• KH Standard: 5-15 business days
• EMS: 5-8 business days
• UPS / FedEx / DHL: 2-5 business days
• Split shipment fee: +$2 per additional tracking number

Return Fees

Return services available for items still at our warehouse, before packing.
