These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KoreaHaul, operated by μ—μŠ€μ œμ΄μΈν„°λ‚΄μ…”λ„ (SJ International) ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website or services, you ("Customer," "you," "your") agree to these Terms.

Section 1

Services Provided

KoreaHaul provides:

1.1 Order-By-Me (OBM) Forwarding

You purchase items directly and ship them to our warehouse. We receive, store, pack, and forward them internationally.

1.2 Order-For-Me (OFM) Proxy Purchasing

We purchase items on your behalf using the links or instructions you provide.

1.3 Warehouse Services

Storage, packing, repacking, consolidation, inspection, weight reduction.

1.4 Packing & Protection Services

Optional box replacement, bubble wrap, fillers, enhanced protection. These reduce risk but cannot guarantee prevention of carrier damage.

1.5 KH Standard & KH Express Shipping

Collections of specialist third-party carriers that KoreaHaul partners with. We do not operate as a carrier.

Maximum Compensation: For any incident involving KoreaHaul β€” including warehouse handling, packing, repacking, consolidation, OBM, OFM, or shipping β€” maximum compensation is USD $50 or the carrier payout, whichever is higher.
1.6 KoreaHaul Shop

Internal shop service where KoreaHaul acts as a reseller.

We may update or suspend services for operational, legal, or security reasons.

Section 2

Account Requirements

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • We may request identity or payment verification.
  • We may pause or close accounts associated with fraud, abuse, non-payment, or legal risk.
Section 3

Prohibited Items

You must not request shipment of items prohibited by Korean law, destination-country law, or airline/carrier regulations.

Examples include hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, perishables, tobacco/vape products, drugs or medicines, currency, precious metals, and restricted batteries.

3.1 Dangerous Goods

KoreaHaul does not handle or ship dangerous goods unless explicitly allowed.

  • Alcohol, perfume, sprays, aerosols
  • Nail polish, chemicals, flammable items
  • Power banks, loose lithium batteries
  • Pressurized containers
  • Fireworks or explosive materials
  • Any item restricted by IATA, ICAO, EMS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Korean law
If dangerous goods arrive at our warehouse, KoreaHaul may refuse, return, or dispose of them at your cost. You are responsible for understanding import restrictions for your destination country.
Section 3A

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Review and comply with all prohibited item rules.
  • Confirm import laws, taxes, and restrictions for your destination country.
  • Provide accurate shipping addresses, contact details, and customs information.
  • Monitor your KoreaHaul account and email notifications.
  • Ensure that payment methods are valid and authorized.
  • Use KoreaHaul legally and not for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
  • Provide correct customs values, product descriptions, and documentation.

KoreaHaul is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

Section 4

Shipping, Risk, and Liability

  • Responsibility transfers to the carrier once the package is handed over.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, or external factors.
  • Insurance is optional and must be purchased before shipment.
  • Without insurance, all risk of loss or damage is assumed by you.
  • Maximum compensation for any incident involving KoreaHaul is USD $50 or the carrier payout.
  • KH Standard / KH Express are third-party carriers; their rules apply.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless insured.
4.8 5-Day Payment Requirement

After KoreaHaul completes packing or consolidation, you must choose a shipping method and pay all service and shipping fees within 5 days.

If payment is not made:

  • Storage fees may begin
  • Shipping will be delayed
  • Prolonged non-payment may result in disposal under Section 5
Section 5

Storage and Abandonment

  • Free storage is provided for 45 days.
  • After 45 days, daily storage fees apply.
  • After 180 days of inactivity, packages may be treated as abandoned and disposed of without compensation.
  • Unpaid fees may be deducted from your balance or refunds.
Section 6

Order-For-Me (OFM) – Proxy Purchasing

  • Full payment is required before purchase.
  • We cannot guarantee seller stock, delivery time, product quality, authenticity, or warranty.
  • Once we place an order, cancellations or returns depend solely on seller policy.
6.4 OFM Return Fee

A $5 OFM return-processing fee applies for customer-requested returns or cancellations unless KoreaHaul is at fault.

6.5 Bunjang Orders

Bunjang orders cannot be canceled or returned once placed, except where the seller agrees.

Refunds may be reduced due to exchange rate changes, seller fees, and processing fees.

6.X Digital Listing Accuracy

KoreaHaul is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect product photos or stock images
  • Color, size, or design differences
  • Missing accessories not clearly listed by sellers
  • Errors in third-party marketplace listings

You must review product pages carefully before OFM requests.

Section 7

Order-By-Me (OBM) – Forwarding Service

  • OBM means you purchase the item and ship it to our warehouse.
  • We are not responsible for wrong items, missing items, seller fraud, or damages occurring before arrival.
7.3 OBM Returns

You must contact the seller directly, arrange return shipping, or provide a prepaid label.

7.4 KoreaHaul's Role

KoreaHaul only packs the item and hands it to the designated return carrier.

7.5 OBM Return Fee

A $5 OBM return-handling fee applies per return request.

KoreaHaul is not responsible for seller refusal, refund delays, or return shipping fees.

Section 8

Packing, Repacking, and Consolidation

  • Packing reduces risk but cannot guarantee protection from carrier mishandling.
  • Repacking may remove retail packaging unless you request otherwise.
  • Fragile or oversized items may not be eligible for certain packing services.
  • Carrier-caused damage is not covered without insurance.
8.X K-POP Album Inclusion Services
  • Removed components are not recoverable.
  • Only specified items (e.g., photocards) will be kept.
  • Random-member contents are not checked unless inspection is separately requested.
  • Authenticity of signatures or limited editions is not verified.
  • All inclusion services are final once completed.
8.X Unboxing and Inspection Services

KoreaHaul offers unboxing and inspection services to help verify the contents and condition of your packages. However:

  • We cannot guarantee detection of all defects, damages, missing items, or discrepancies.
  • Inspections are performed to the best of our ability based on visible information.
  • We are not responsible for issues not reasonably detectable during inspection.
  • Inspection media is for reference only and does not constitute a warranty.
Disclaimer: By using our unboxing and inspection services, you acknowledge that KoreaHaul will do its best but cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or undetected issues. All claims regarding product quality, authenticity, or condition must be directed to the original seller.
Section 9

Customs and Taxes

  • You must pay all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges.
  • We complete customs forms based on your information.
  • We do not undervalue or falsify declarations.
  • You must respond promptly to customs inquiries.
  • Costs due to customs delays, holds, returns, or disposal are your responsibility.
Section 10

Payments, Fees, and Credits

  • Pricing may change due to carrier rate updates or exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Pricing errors may be corrected or orders canceled.
  • Service fees are non-refundable once processing begins.
  • Shipments may be held for unpaid balances.
Credits
  • Wallet Credits – Non-cashable, non-refundable, valid for 5 years.
  • Reward Credits – Must be used within 30 days, no cash value.

Refunds may be issued as Wallet Credits unless required otherwise by law.

Section 11

Right to Decline or Limit Service

We may decline or restrict service if a shipment:

  • Violates laws
  • Contains prohibited items
  • Poses safety or operational risks
  • Involves fraud, non-payment, or repeated disputes
Section 11A

Chargebacks & Fraud

  • Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks are prohibited.
  • Chargebacks may pause shipments and suspend account access.
  • If resolved in our favor, you must repay the disputed amount plus processor fees and administrative costs.
  • Repeat chargebacks or suspicious activity may result in permanent service denial.
Section 12

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • These Terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • All disputes must be filed exclusively in Seoul Central District Court or Incheon District Court.
  • Disputes must be handled individually (no class actions).
  • You must notify KoreaHaul in writing and allow 30 days to resolve issues before filing suit.
Section 13

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify KoreaHaul against all losses, claims, or damages resulting from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Incorrect customs declarations
  • Illegal or restricted shipments
Section 14

Third-Party Listings (Naver Search Results)

  • KoreaHaul displays product information sourced from Naver search results.
  • KoreaHaul is not affiliated with Naver, the brands, or sellers.
  • Product information (price, stock, accuracy) is not guaranteed.
  • You must verify details with the original seller.
Section 15

Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
